   Hi, my name is Tomoki. This blog is about food culture which I will study during this IE Food Seminar.
   The first book I chose to study about food culture is "Food & Faith in Christian Culture". This book explains how and what kinds of food Chritians eat all over the world. It is quite interesting and  am curious about this.
